Comments (English): The accomodations were adequate in that the room was very small with no closets or bureaus for storage of clothing. The room was, warm, clean & the bed was comfortable. As well, the bathroom was small but always clean. Breakfast was basic & the typical fare. location was very good in relationship to access to town. The rate was very affordable. Where this hostel really excelled was the hospitality given to all guests. Our hosts were warm ,friendly & very helpful. Be prepared to pay in cash. They do not accept credit cards. This type of accomodation is typical for people traveling to this area on a budget. There are larger hotels in & around Puerto Natales and Estancias located in the Tierra del Fuego National Park. These are more expensive & located away from the main town itself. We would recommend La Miranda for the seasoned traveler ( couples or sin gles of all ages) lookling for a comfortable place to stay while spending most of thieir time touring the area.

Comments (English): My wife and I stayed in the 'matrimonial' room and we loved it! The room had a fantastic view of the water and the mountains. Amerindia has a great common space on the first floor that makes you feel as though you are in your own home. I would highly recommend Amerindia!
